Who this covers

BallStriker is used by two kinds of people: organizers who run charity golf tournaments, and players & sponsors who register, pay, or donate through an event. This policy covers both.

What we collect

Only what's needed to run tournaments and process payments:

• Contact info — name and email (and phone if you provide it) for registration, receipts, and event communication.
• Event & scoring data — teams, tee times, scores, sponsorships.
• Payment details — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third party.
• We do not send marketing spam.

Who we share with (only to make the event work)

• Your payment processor — to take registrations, sponsorships, and donations.
• Your event's organizer — sees the registrations, scores, and payments for their own tournament.
• Email delivery — to send receipts, reminders, and results.

That's the entire list. No one else.

Emails we may send you

• Receipts & confirmations for registrations, sponsorships, and donations.
• Event reminders and updates for tournaments you're part of.
• Results & leaderboards after play.

All tournament-related. No ads, no third-party offers.

Deleting your data

You're in control. Contact your event organizer, or reach us via the feedback option in the app, and we'll permanently remove your personal data from our servers. Organizers can request full deletion of their event data at any time.
